Privacy Policy
What happens to the data that reaches us through this website, and what you can ask of us.
Last updated: 29 October 2026
This privacy policy explains how buzztrix (buzztrix.info) collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit this website or contact us. We follow the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, and limit data collection to what is needed to run the site and answer your requests.
1. Who is responsible
buzztrix, located at 14 Widemarsh Court, Hereford HR4 9HG, United Kingdom, is responsible for the processing of personal data described here, on every page of buzztrix.info and in the correspondence that follows from it. Questions about this notice can be sent to hello@buzztrix.info or put to us on 01432 358 246.
2. Retention
Data is stored for the period the purpose requires. Once the purpose no longer applies and no legal duty stands in the way, we delete the data or keep it in a form that no longer identifies anyone.
Server logs are held by our hosting provider for a short period and are then removed automatically. Correspondence stays with us while the matter is open and for a reasonable time afterwards, in case you come back to the same question.
3. Purposes and legal grounds
We use data to keep this website online and safe, to reply to the messages we receive, to prepare and carry out agreements with clients and to keep the records our business requires.
Depending on the situation, we rely on your consent, on an agreement with you or the steps that come before it, on a duty imposed on us, or on our legitimate interest in a safe and working website. If you leave out the contact details we ask for, we may not be able to reply.
4. Service providers and transfers abroad
We do not trade in personal data. It reaches only the companies that keep this site online and handle our email on our behalf, bound by contract to our instructions, and the authorities that are entitled to request it.
If a provider operates servers or support staff abroad, data may leave the country in which we are established. We work only with providers who commit to the level of protection that the applicable law requires for such transfers.
5. Security of processing
We protect the information in our care with suitable technical and practical measures against loss, misuse and access by anyone without permission. Data you send through the site travels in encrypted form wherever the browser allows it.
No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so we cannot exclude every risk. Within our company, access to the messages we receive is limited to the people who answer them.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
Only what the pages need in order to work is stored. No advertising networks, no tracking across websites and no visitor profiles are involved, and nothing about your visit is passed on for marketing.
Your browser lets you review what is kept for this website, erase it and prevent it from being stored again. If you block entries that the site needs in order to function, some pages may not display correctly.
7. Data processed on this website
Opening this website leaves a few technical traces with our hosting provider: the address of your device, the moment of the visit, the page opened and basic details about the browser. We use them only to run the site safely and to find the cause of technical errors.
When you send us a message, we keep what you give us, such as your name, the address for our reply, a telephone number if you add one and the text itself, for as long as the matter you wrote about is being dealt with.
8. Your rights and how to use them
You can ask us at any time which data we store about you, request its correction or deletion, have the processing restricted, object to it or receive a copy in a common electronic format. Consent that you have given may be withdrawn at any time; the withdrawal applies from then on.
A message to hello@buzztrix.info or a letter to our postal address is enough to use any of these rights. To make sure that information reaches the right person, we may ask you to confirm who you are, and we reply within the period the law sets.
If you believe that we handle your data unlawfully, you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), in addition to any other remedy.
